Karem Bouhafs
Director of Sales
As the director of sales at CSA Research, Karem Bouhafs oversees business development in North America. His responsibilities include managing the sales team across all markets, developing and opening new markets, helping investment companies benefit from key market data, and assisting enterprise buyers and language service providers with access to research and consulting services.
Karem’s career in market research has spanned all areas of CSA Research’s expertise. His experience with business globalization has included internationalization, translation/interpreting, localization, and the global customer experience. In his previous roles within the company, Karem fostered new business in Africa, Latin America, and Europe. Over a two-year period, he assisted in opening up new markets, with a focus on language service providers.
Karem attended Bryant University, majoring in international business and marketing, and he also studied at the University of Massachusetts Boston.
Based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Karem speaks French and Arabic and has traveled to more than 30 countries on five continents.
