Anna Abgaryan

As the Director of Customer Experience at CSA Research, Anna Abgaryan organizes, plans, and monitors the company’s customer support department. She works closely with all areas of the organization to ensure a seamless customer experience. Anna is responsible for hiring, orienting, and training the customer experience team, as well as developing and implementing strategies designed to improve customer relationships, loyalty, and satisfaction.

My Background

Anna joined CSA Research in 2011 as a Business Development Manager for international markets, focusing on new business development. In 2013, she transitioned into client service, where she expanded her role to direct both client service and account management for CSA Research’s international client base.

Before her tenure at CSA Research, Anna worked with LISA (the Localization Industry Standards Association), progressing from Event Manager Assistant to Director of Operations. In these roles, she managed the administrative back office, organized international conferences worldwide, and oversaw LISA membership services. Prior to that, she served as a teacher, interpreter, and translator at the St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University in Russia.

Anna graduated with honors from Moscow University of Human Science in Krasnodar, South Russia, with a specialist degree in linguistics and cross-cultural communication.
