Simona Bertozzi

Simona Bertozzi oversees the global operations of CSA Research. Her core responsibilities include implementing corporate strategies and establishing scalable processes and policies that enable the company to remain lean while experiencing rapid growth.

Simona joined CSA Research in 2007 as operations manager and has been working in the language services industry since 2005. While advancing to her position as COO, she helped CSA Research expand into international markets, gaining exposure in all capacities of the business, from marketing and event management to website development and sales.

Prior to CSA Research, Simona worked in the language services industry as an interpreter and as a freelance translator for financial and business settings. In her previous work at a European translation firm, she was responsible for a wide variety of core operational tasks, from project quotation and account management to production, quality control, and delivery.

A native of Italy, Simona has a master’s in technical and information technology translation, and a bachelor’s in interpreting and translation from the University of Pisa (Scuola Superiore per Mediatori Linguistici di Pisa).

Currently based in Germany, Simona has lived and worked in Italy, Australia, and the United States. She is fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish, and proficient in French and German.
