What stood out to you in the CSA Research report on gender and family issues in the localization industry? Were there any surprises – good or bad – or areas where you think the industry needs to make changes?

Women occupy the majority of positions in the localization industry and have a lower pay gap than is seen in many industries.

However, CSA Research’s examination shows that women do not reach top-level positions as often as men.
