His career includes senior roles at Jonckers, Argos Multilingual, Lionbridge, and SDL International, where he led multimillion-dollar programs for global brands such as Hewlett Packard, Nike, Starbucks, Adobe, and Cisco. At Hewlett Packard, he spearheaded the development and deployment of the company’s first Translation Management System (TMS), achieving $100 million in cost savings over six years.
Coleman's work has consistently focused on helping organizations transform content for new languages, platforms, devices, and channels to deliver superior customer experiences worldwide. At CSA Research, he will apply this expertise to deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for enterprises and LSPs navigating the evolving landscape of multilingual content production and AI-driven language services.
