| Return|

(BOSTON) – CSA Research, a leading independent market research firm dedicated to the global content, localization, and translation industries, announces the appointment of Peter Coleman as Senior Analyst. Coleman will contribute to the firm’s research and consulting efforts, supporting both language service providers (LSPs) and global enterprises in enhancing multilingual content strategies and succeeding in the post-localization era.

With over two decades of experience managing large-scale localization initiatives, digital asset programs, and strategic partner ecosystems, Coleman brings a unique blend of enterprise leadership and service provider expertise. His career includes senior roles at Jonckers, Argos Multilingual, Lionbridge, and SDL International, where he led multimillion-dollar programs for global brands such as Hewlett Packard, Nike, Starbucks, Adobe, and Cisco. At Hewlett Packard, he spearheaded the development and deployment of the company’s first Translation Management System (TMS), achieving $100 million in cost savings over six years.

Coleman's work has consistently focused on helping organizations transform content for new languages, platforms, devices, and channels to deliver superior customer experiences worldwide. At CSA Research, he will apply this expertise to deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for enterprises and LSPs navigating the evolving landscape of multilingual content production and AI-driven language services.

“Peter’s extensive experience in both enterprise localization management and the language services industry will further strengthen CSA Research’s ability to provide pragmatic, research-backed strategies to our clients,” said Tahar Bouhafs, CEO of CSA Research. “His leadership in translation technology and digital asset management aligns with our mission to empower organizations with the insights they need to achieve measurable success in global markets.”

Reflecting on his new role, Coleman shared, “CSA Research has long set the benchmark for excellence in global content strategy and market intelligence. I look forward to collaborating with the team and our clients to address the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of localization and multilingual content delivery.”
